You buy your tickets easily online in advance. With your ticket you have access to all our visitor locations within the set time: discover two museum mills, enjoy a cruise along the windmills, watch the multi-screen film at Secondary pumping station De Fabriek, Discover the Kinderdijk-birdworld and visit the Wisboom Pumping Station and our Visitors Centre. Connect your ticket to the Kinderdijk app (Kinderdijk UNESCO Official) to use the free audio tours.

Kinderdijk UNESCO World Heritage is easy to reach, and as we are keen to preserve the environment, we encourage our visitors to travel by public transport. You can take a regular bus or embark on the Waterbus. Departing from Dordrecht or Rotterdam, this will take you right to our doorstep.
By car to Kinderdijk UNESCO World Heritage? Visitors to the World Heritage Site park their car at the Marineweg in Alblasserdam. In order to park here, in addition to a parking ticket, an entrance ticket to Kinderdijk UNESCO World Heritage is also required. Only permit holders are allowed to park in the village of Kinderdijk.
Matrix signs in Alblasserdam show you the way to the parking lot. The costs for parking, including the shuttle bus, are €7.50 per car. Order your parking ticket online when purchasing your entrance ticket. We do not have an electric pole to charge bicycles and/or cars.

Disabled parking lot: There is a disabled parking lot near the Visitors Centre in Kinderdijk (address: Nederwaard 1, Kinderdijk).
